The company book is filled with gray areas and nothing is clear. The plant needs a redo starting from the front, to Quality, all the way to the back of the warehouse. And Racisim is HUGE in the plant.Īsked HR and other department management to address it and they all say their hands are tied or they let it go depending on what party is involved.Ĭode of Conduct does not exist. Vacation is given to those with favoritism. Pay raises does not exist across the board. Its given to the management who kisses a**.
The plant front office only shows concern from the employees when visitors are coming in or an audit is coming up and they need the employees to make them look good.Ĭredit is never given to the employees who are actually on the lines or to those who are actually doing their jobs. It starts in the front office where HR truly lie. The only job security there is, is there's.
